Fix My Business (incorporating Reliable Website Hosting and Ecommerce Design Studio) is owned and operated by Kathie Holmes, a work at home mum based in Cairns, North Queensland.  My aim is to provide a holistic approach to business by providing not only web design & hosting but business building and marketing services as well. Having learnt from my own experience,  I quickly realised that the people who were building my website actually had no idea how to market the site or what was user friendly and would encourage visitors to return to the site. The other problem I faced was that the site wasn't owner friendly,ie. I didn't have control over adding and deleting content when required and had to continuously pay a web designer for any updates required. Having over 20 years experience in all areas of running small businesses for other people, I decided it was time that firstly, home based businesses were given the chance to have a stylish & user friendly site built at a reasonable price and secondly, that business owners weren't just presented with a fancy website and expected to know what to do next to have their business known on the web. Being a wahm means understanding the needs of women who want to help support their families, build a lifestyle and run their own businesses; all while running a household and family!   I have achieved success in this area and am passionate about helping other women to work from home and gain financial independance.
